Refund & Returns Policy

Our books are personalised and made specifically to your order, so they are exempt from the standard 14-day right to cancel once we have started producing them. This does not affect your legal rights if something is wrong with your order.

Changed your mind?

Contact us as soon as you can. If we have not yet started making your book, we will cancel your order and give you a full refund.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect?

If your book arrives faulty, damaged, misprinted, or is not what you ordered through our error, you are entitled to a replacement or a refund under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Email hello@fantasyfootballer.co.uk within 30 days of delivery, quoting your order number and attaching a photo of the problem. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund — including delivery costs — and you will not pay return postage for a faulty item.

Please check your details

As each book is printed to your specification, we cannot refund or replace free of charge for mistakes in the information you supplied (such as the spelling of a name). Please double-check everything before you pay.

How refunds are paid

Approved refunds go back to your original payment method, normally within 14 days. Your bank may take a few extra days to show it.
